A Spectacular Spectacle
In 2025, we developed the visual identity for Spektakel. Spektakel is the Technical Museum of Denmark’s new activity space, designed for play, exploration, and experimentation with technology. Here, children learn by building, inventing, and solving technical challenges through play.
While the museum itself explores the history of technology – from fighter jets to mobile phones – Spektakel offers its youngest visitors an engaging introduction to these themes in a space built for creativity, curiosity, and spectacle.
To reflect this ethos, we developed an identity inspired by industrial forms and mechanical parts, creating a modular wordmark that can be rearranged and deconstructed in endless ways – just like the learning experience itself.
